REASONS OF EMPLOYEES’ PARTICIPATION IN CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

<p>The aim of this study was to highlight the reasons that motivate employees participate in Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs and, also, aims identify factors contribute their for participation. The research tool questionnaire which contains a list 28 results present showed most important CPE were, “to cultivate my skills and abilities”, be informed about new technologies developments field”, more accomplished as professional”.
